PAYMENT POLICY

 

Bases Loaded Baseball Tournaments LLC requires all teams registering for a tournament to make a $250.00 deposit. Your tournament spot WILL NOT be guaranteed until your team(s) are paid-in-full. Full payment is due 45 days prior to the start of the registered tournament.  

 

Bases Loaded Baseball Tournaments LLC accepts Major Credit Card payments online or ACH payments. When registering with these methods, you are of the understanding that you will be charged a processing fee.

 

REFUND POLICY

 

Bases Loaded Baseball Tournaments LLS requires all refund requests to be made in writing 30 days prior to the event start date.  

 

Tournament Team Cancelation Policy: A non-refundable deposit is due upon registration. (Our deposit prices are listed in our tournament details) Any team cancelation will result in the loss of the deposit, unless the tournament is cancelled at least 30 days prior to the event due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. No credits or refunds will be given for cancelations withing 30 days of the tournament start date.  

 

• If the tournament event is canceled due to low team registration (fewer than 3 teams), a full refund of the deposit or registration fee will be issued to teams that paid the full registration amount. 
• Teams that registered using a promotional discount or special pricing will receive a full credit toward a future Baes Loaded Baseball event, as promotional rates are non-refundable.  

 

Bases Loaded Baseball Tournament LLc will make all efforts to issue refunds within 30 days of the end of an event; however, there are rare circumstances that may delay the refund process up to 60 days

 

 

 

Tournament Weather Policy: We will make our best efforts to play and stay to the original game schedule. If inclement weather causes the adjustment of game schedules, we will do our best to try and maintain the original tournament schedule. However, there may be a situation where games may not be made up due to time restraints.  

 

It is the team’s responsibility to make sure they are aware of any new schedules posted or any
scheduling changes. All schedule information will be posted online.

There may be a time where Unforeseen Circumstances Beyond our Control may prohibit an event from playing. This includes, but are not limited to, shutdowns by Government officials, national disasters, power outages etc. In such cases, please refer to our cancellation or our credit policy. Please note that if the tournament is canceled, due to UCBOC, at least 30 days prior to the start date of the tournament, a full refund or credit can be given. If the tournament is cancelled withing 30 days of the start date, or play is stopped during the event, please refer to our credit policy.

Play 1 game –50% credit (no refund)

Play 2 games – No Refund

 

Play 0 games- 100% credit (no refund)

Play 1 game –70% credit (no refund)

Play 2 games – 50% credit (no refund)

Play 3 games – No Refund

 

Promotional Discounts

• Promotional discounts applied during registration are non-refundable.

• In cases where a refund or credit is approved, the discounted portion will only be

issued as a credit toward a future Bases Loaded Baseball event.

• This ensures fairness and protects the integrity of promotional incentives.
